Glitter ballerinas

A couple of weeks ago I thought I’d found the perfect sparkly shoes and ordered them pronto. But then I’ve got this email from the MiuMiu client service informing me that “due to technical problems the item available at the moment of your order was actually out of stock”. Quite a disappointment..

All for the better though: these cute glittery flats are modern and trendy enough to make their way into my closet instead. Although very sparkly, they’ll serve more as a complement to an outfit rather than the focus. Love their soles too! ;-)

Casual minimalism

Elbow patches are all over the place this fall/winter and I love the sequin detail on this one. What’s more, I have a bit of a fetish for batwing sleeves. So when I saw this pull-over at Zadig & Voltaire, I couldn’t (didn’t try to) resist.

Color lust

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, wanting all of this color ;-)

Inspiration: Chanel shoes

These Chanel Mary Janes look fantastic with that mix of subtle retro shape yet modern open-toe cut. And while they are not dancing shoes, they definitely have that effect on me: they make me wanna swirl and dance ;-)
